Solutions Automation Engineer (GenAI)

What you will do

• Configure, customize, and extend software platforms for regulatory reporting requirements and client-specific business logic.
• Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic technologies.
• Extract, transform, and prepare structured and unstructured data from enterprise systems through APIs and data integrations.
• Develop scripts, lightweight integrations, and data transformations to support solution implementation.
• Translate client and business requirements into functional specifications and provide technical expertise to Solution Delivery Consultants.
• Prototype capabilities, validate technical approaches, test configurations and workflows, and maintain documentation, version control, reproducible implementations, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring software platforms and delivering technical implementation solutions.
• Experience building automation solutions with GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentic frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripting, integrations, and data transformation.
• Experience with APIs and REST, JSON, XML, and CSV data formats, plus understanding of enterprise data structures, data mapping, and integration concepts.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
• Experience using Git/GitHub and familiarity with modern software development practices and CI/CD fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills, including the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at C1 level, including technical documentation and requirements writing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams in an asynchronous work environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulatory reporting frameworks such as ESG, SEC, CSRD, or similar compliance domains.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, including embeddings, chunking, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience implementing observability for AI solutions, including logging, tracing, and workflow evaluation.
• Previous experience in SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting client-facing implementation or solution consulting teams.
