Senior AI Engineer (LLM)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and LLM-powered applications using Python and AWS services.
• Implement prompt engineering, agent orchestration, structured decision-making workflows, and intelligent information retrieval.
• Build evaluation frameworks, automated tests, performance baselines, and regression validation for agent behavior.
• Implement guardrails and validation mechanisms to improve the safety, accuracy, and consistency of AI-generated outputs.
• Integrate LLMs with backend APIs, document processing, and cloud infrastructure while improving observability and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions and optimize performance, latency, and operational costs.

Requirements

• Professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or software development with production AI applications.
• Strong Python skills and experience developing APIs, integrations, automated tests, and cloud-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, agentic AI workflows, prompt engineering, orchestration, and structured output generation.
• Experience evaluating LLM outputs, measuring application quality, and addressing hallucinations, response variability, and reliability issues.
• Experience with AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, S3, or CloudWatch, plus software engineering best practices and CI/CD.
• Advanced or fluent English communication skills are required for written and verbal collaboration in a remote environment.
