Salary: $21.64/hourly plus commission

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of ~200 law-firm and legal-service clients to build long-term partnerships.
- Onboard new clients by establishing goals and ensuring successful product adoption.
- Conduct data-driven performance reviews to measure ROI and recommend optimizations.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling of solutions.
- Monitor client health signals proactively to minimize churn.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve the overall client experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consultative sales.
- Must be located in or able to work from Austin, TX or Pleasanton, CA.
- Proficiency in using data to drive recommendations and identify account opportunities.
- Experience with AI tools to improve efficiency and client interaction quality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across a large book of business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with Martindale-Avvo products or legal marketing platforms.
- Prior experience working with legal industry clients.
