What you will do

• Lead volume forecasting for Business services (Ethernet), identifying and tracking risks and opportunities.
• Develop robust, sophisticated models to support product forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and Communication Providers (CPs) to assess Ethernet demand across the UK.
• Analyze technical portfolio products and their delivery processes to understand factors affecting completions.
• Enable sales, finance, and capacity planning teams to utilize forecasts effectively.
• Provide in-depth scenario analysis to support critical business decisions.

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent business experience.
• Professional experience in a forecasting role.
• High proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with commercial judgement.
• Ability to manage large datasets and complex models with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to challenge, influence, and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
