What you will do
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Build and manage campaigns from the ground up to ensure strong commercial performance and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize results continuously.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver successful campaign launches for high-profile live events.
- Establish scalable paid media processes as the new in-house function grows.
Requirements
- 8β12 years of experience managing high-performing paid social campaigns.
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and Snapchat advertising platforms.
- Commercially focused mindset with the ability to make decisions using evolving data.
- Experience delivering measurable acquisition and revenue growth in fast-moving environments.
- Native or fluent language skills in Spanish, Dutch, or German preferred (English-only candidates with extensive market experience also considered).
