TL;DR

Senior/Lead Product Manager (AI): Building next-generation AI-first products for the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance market with an accent on claims handling automation and decision-guidance technologies. Focus on executing 0-to-1 product cycles, developing technical prototypes with AI coding tools, and solving complex domain challenges in regulated verticals.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY or Chicago, IL

Salary: Base salary up to $220K (Senior) / $240K (Lead) + annual bonus and RSUs

What you will do

  • Drive the roadmap and execution for AI-first products in P&C claims.
  • Build and ship products that guide and augment human decision-making.
  • Collaborate with major insurance carriers to uncover problems and validate product concepts.
  • Develop working prototypes alongside engineers using AI coding tools.
  • Define value propositions, adoption hypotheses, and clear kill criteria for product work.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and product marketing to support GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-production SaaS.
  • Proven track record of 0-to-1 product building, ideally in a high-velocity environment.
  • Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical (e.g., fintech, healthtech, legaltech).
  • Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products.
  • Technical ability to prototype and contribute directly to software using AI coding environments.
  • Must be based in New York, NY or Chicago, IL; open to sponsoring candidates currently in the U.S. for visa transfers.
