What you will do

• Architect and maintain scalable, stateful AI agents using Python, Google ADK, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
• Establish production monitoring and observability for agentic workflows using LangSmith, Arize Phoenix, or Weights & Biases.
• Lead the integration of AI agents into core product infrastructure, including Payments and Fraud systems.
• Design automated "evals-as-code" using LLM-as-a-judge and adversarial benchmarking to ensure agent safety.
• Optimize RAG pipelines and agent loops for cost, latency, and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in asynchronous programming and structured data validation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML applications focused on LLMs or generative AI.
• Expertise in Python and familiarity with LLM APIs and frameworks (OpenAI SDK, Google AI SDK, LangChain, etc.).
• Proven experience implementing agentic systems, RAG, vector databases, and state management.
• Strong proficiency in Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
