What you will do

• Deliver new features and functionality using .NET and cloud-native tools.
• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle from code to production, including monitoring.
• Contribute significantly to technical decisions and architecture.
• Actively identify and remove blockers to improve team efficiency.
• Coach and mentor less experienced engineers to foster team growth.
• Ensure high code quality and performance for transactional applications.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with C# .NET and modern framework features.
• Proven experience working on high-volume transactional software applications.
• Experience with asynchronous service processing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Must be able to work from the London office at least 60% of the time.
