What you will do

• Analyze publishing workflows using Looker, BigQuery, and other BI tools to generate actionable insights.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks to recommend improvements in operational processes.
• Define and refine KPIs to track publishing speed, quality, and stakeholder experience.
• Create process maps and visualizations to support change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to explore automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Dordrecht or Berlin.
• Demonstrable experience in data analysis, process intelligence, or performance optimization.
• Expertise in BI tools such as Looker, Google BigQuery, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Familiarity with editorial and production workflows in a content-driven environment.
• Skilled in process modelling, task mining, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Strong ability to liaise with cross-functional teams including Editorial, Operations, and Technology.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in a data-intensive field.
• Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Lean Sigma.
