Senior Business Development Manager

What you will do

• Own partnerships from A to Z: recruit and grow affiliates, VIP traders, and crypto/trading communities and influencers.
• Develop and execute strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results (content, trading volume, new users, active transactions via affiliate channels).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIPs and affiliates to align their needs with business objectives.
• Initiate and participate in partner meetings to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships locally and internationally.
• Collaborate with the product team using market insights to optimize offerings and attract qualified users.
• Track competitors and industry trends to refine strategy and capitalize on market gaps.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Czech.
• Proven experience in affiliate development in the crypto, finance, or trading industry, especially in Czechia & Slovakia.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the Eastern European region.

• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams.
• Experience with a crypto exchange, trading company, or CFD broker.
• Interest in blockchain technology and crypto trading.
• Knowledge of other Eastern European languages.
