Compensation: $295,000 - $325,000 OTE

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison with AWS to cultivate strategic relationships and align on shared objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by optimizing and expanding presence in the AWS Marketplace.
• Lead co-selling initiatives with AWS sales teams to identify joint opportunities and close deals.
• Partner with leadership to define and execute an AWS alliance strategy that enhances market positioning.
• Equip internal sales and technical teams with the tools and knowledge to position offerings effectively.
• Manage participation in AWS Partner Network (APN) programs and track alliance performance metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of experience in alliance management or partner development with a focus on cloud partnerships.
• Proven success in driving revenue through AWS Marketplace and executing co-selling strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS services, ecosystem, and programs like APN and the Well-Architected Framework.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Nice to have

• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
