Location: Must be based in Etobicoke, ON, Canada (Onsite role requiring daily travel to client sites)

Salary: CAD 65,000 - CAD 80,000 per year

What you will do

• Stage, configure, and test audio equipment prior to deployment.
• Load and validate DSP configurations and maintain system backups.
• Perform testing for microphones, loudspeakers, amplifiers, and DSPs.
• Troubleshoot audio-related issues in staging, field, and service environments.
• Coordinate with engineering and programming teams to resolve installation issues.
• Document commissioning results and maintain technical assets.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with professional audio systems.
• Post-secondary education in Audio Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
• Valid G class driver's license and personal vehicle for daily travel.
• Proof of insurance.
• Ability to work at heights and climb ladders.

Nice to have

• Avixa AV Technologist certification.
• Experience with Dante, Qsys, Crestron, or Tesira platforms.
• Relevant industry certifications from Shure, Sennheiser, or SynAudCon.
