What you will do

• Plan and coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements for projects.
• Document and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Map as-is and to-be processes and describe required changes for migration.
• Elicit business requirements using interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
• Identify solution recommendations and conduct feasibility studies including cost-benefit analysis.
• Coordinate the verification of end deliverables with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Proven experience with requirements management, documentation, and process mapping.
• Proficiency with project and program management tools.
• Academic degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
