TL;DR

Location: Remote (Global) or onsite in Kyiv, Lviv, or Warsaw.

What you will do

  • Analyze and tailor BA processes and activities within software development projects.
  • Conduct research-based elicitation activities and map complex organizational business processes.
  • Manage project scope and change management effectively, particularly in fixed-price projects.
  • Decompose requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the entire development cycle.
  • Conduct business acceptance testing and utilize stakeholder feedback to drive solution improvements.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional BA experience.
  • English proficiency: B2 or higher.
  • Proven ability to drive system development and requirement clarification from high-level instructions.
  • Experience in conducting gap analysis and managing project scope.
  • Strong skills in specifying requirements and mapping organizational workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience in development or implementation of ERP systems (production or warehousing modules).
  • Proven track record of managing project deliveries under fixed-price commercial models.
  • Professional certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, CCBA, or CBAP.
