Location: Hybrid, On-site, or Remote (requires travel to Pittsfield, MA once every 3 weeks). U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance are required.

Salary: $106,477 – $115,212 per year

What you will do

• Perform requirements analysis, definition, and management for D5LE2 subsystems and system elements.
• Utilize MBSE and digital engineering tools to develop, maintain, and communicate system architectures and designs.
• Conduct technical planning, cost, risk, and supportability analyses for subsystems.
• Research COTS components, GFE/CFE, and specifications to determine design feasibility.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation within the program.
• Support Modeling and Simulation activities and generate technical engineering products using appropriate standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency in system modeling tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, or DOORS.
• Strong knowledge of the system development life cycle (SDLC) in safety-critical environments.
• Experience in requirements management and applying MBSE methodologies to real program deliverables.
