What you will do

• Test, analyze, and validate resilient space sensing systems including missile warning and tactical intelligence capabilities.
• Develop technical specifications, interface control documents, and ground architecture designs.
• Create and manage integration plans, schedules, and test plans for complex space systems.
• Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and leadership to ensure project alignment.
• Identify areas requiring urgent mitigation early in the development lifecycle.
• Lead teams and oversee the acquisition and development of space-ground integration products.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• 10+ years of experience in DoD weapon systems acquisitions or systems engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering analysis for satellite or ground command and control systems.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams of at least 5 people.

Nice to have

• TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/5000.02 and IEEE 15288 standards.
• Experience with RF systems modeling and simulation.
• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP).
