TL;DR
AV Integration Technician (Audio Visual): Managing the physical deployment, installation, and commissioning of complex AV systems for enterprise and government clients with an accent on site coordination, technical troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Fredericton, NB, Canada
Salary: CAD 65,000 - CAD 85,000 per year

What you will do
- Install, terminate, and test AV cabling and equipment according to company standards.
- Act as Site Lead, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure project timelines are met.
- Perform site readiness checks and verify equipment against project requirements.
- Troubleshoot hardware and installation issues in collaboration with engineering and programming teams.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including as-built changes and daily progress reports.
- Mentor installers and junior technicians on site to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional Audio Visual Integration experience.
- Proficiency with Crestron, Biamp, QSYS, and major video conferencing platforms (Cisco, Microsoft, Zoom, Google Meet).
- Valid G class driver's license and personal vehicle for daily travel between client sites.
- Ability to regularly climb and work from ladders and perform work at heights.
- Proof of insurance.

- Avixa CTS certification.
