Salary: $70,600 – $90,400 per year

What you will do

• Conduct clinical consultations to assess communication needs and recommend appropriate AAC solutions.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to guide customer decision-making and advance opportunities through the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to facilitate evaluations and complete required clinical documentation.
• Collect and manage required paperwork to ensure timely device acquisition.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Represent the organization at professional conferences and educational events.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• 3+ years of experience working with adults with complex communication needs.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
• Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 2-5 times per year.

• Experience supporting AAC evaluations and speech-generating device implementation.
• Background in consultative sales, customer engagement, or healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with insurance documentation and reimbursement processes.
• Experience using CRM systems and virtual consultation platforms.
