What you will do

• Support new competitive conversions by managing equipment set-up and post-sale troubleshooting.
• Deliver comprehensive clinical training through classroom sessions, field rides, and remote support.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments including Sales, Technical Support, and Marketing.
• Ensure continual product support throughout pre- and post-sale stages for North American EMS customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention during the implementation process.
• Travel 60-80% of the time to support field operations and customer sites.

Requirements

• Must reside within an hour's drive of an airport in the Western U.S.
• Paramedic level certification or higher.
• Minimum of 10 years of pre-hospital field experience.
• Proven experience in clinical training (AHA-ACLS, PALS, 12-Lead, ETC02).
• Technical background in troubleshooting capital equipment or resuscitation products.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in project management and standard office software.
