Salary: $110,000 – $115,000 (plus incentive compensation and company vehicle).

What you will do

• Provide clinical expertise on the implementation and troubleshooting of infusion therapy devices.
• Coordinate and deliver product training and in-service education to physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Support clinical conversions through both on-site and virtual assistance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to provide clinical input on product design and enhancements.
• Ensure all clinical activities adhere to regulatory and ethical standards, including FDA and ISO requirements.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of related clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of IV therapy standards, vascular access devices, and infusion safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.
• Must be fully vaccinated (including COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B) to meet healthcare customer credentialing requirements.
