What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term global financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and executive team.
• Oversee all finance functions including accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and tax.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to support business growth, investments, acquisitions, and expansion.
• Ensure strict compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, capital allocation, and working capital optimization.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization while managing external audits and banking relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 12–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a VP of Finance, Controller, or CFO role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and international financial operations.
• Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations.

Nice to have

• CPA or MBA certification.
• Experience in Healthcare IT, SaaS, or medical imaging industries.
• Knowledge of recurring revenue and subscription-based financial models.
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, or private equity.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar ERP/accounting systems.
