What you will do

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial models to provide real-time visibility into burn and runway.
• Shape end-to-end revenue strategy, including pricing, packaging, and monetization models.
• Scale accounting operations, financial controls, and audit readiness to support company growth.
• Lead financial preparation for fundraising, including data room management and investor reporting.
• Provide operational leadership across G&A, including oversight or partnership on People/HR and Legal functions.
• Serve as a strategic partner to founders, turning financial data into actionable company-building decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance and operations with senior leadership background.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Hands-on experience building financial models, forecasts, and board decks from scratch.
• Deep expertise in marketplace unit economics, revenue recognition, and high-volume transaction reconciliation.
• Proven track record in growth fundraising, including modeling and investor management.
• Strong accounting fluency with experience in establishing financial controls and timely closes.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, delivery, supply chain, or operations-heavy marketplaces.
• CPA certification or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
