What you will do

• Design, build, and test APIs and services powering the hirify.globalXD platform.
• Develop internal and customer-facing tools using React to optimize cross-dock operations.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to solve complex logistics challenges.
• Influence technical architecture to improve platform scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable code supported by automated testing and modern engineering practices.
• Identify and implement improvements for system performance and developer experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, Python, etc.).
• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React.
• Proven track record of building scalable, distributed systems and APIs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery needs with long-term system maintainability.
