What you will do

• Operate complex manufacturing equipment to fabricate and assemble products according to specifications.
• Monitor machinery performance and conduct preventative technical maintenance.
• Interpret dimensional drawings, routings, and Bills of Material (BOM) to ensure production accuracy.
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools like calipers and gauges.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace following 5S principles.
• Train team members and participate in departmental improvement activities.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Hildebran, NC
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret dimensional production drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in basic math and ability to use measuring devices.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
