What you will do
- Operate various horizontal and vertical lathes, mills, and other machine tools.
- Utilize metal cutting tooling and precise measurement instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Rig loads and operate overhead cranes.
- Read technical drawings and create sketches.
- Assist with production planning and ensure all work meets quality and specification requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Requirements
- 3 years of machinist experience in a machine shop.
- 3 years of experience working with various metals and complex part making.
- 2 years of experience working with large multi-axis CNC equipment.
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day.
- Ability to dead lift at least 60 lbs.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Spokane, WA.
