TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Murphy, NC

Salary: $16.00–$20.00 Hourly

What you will do

  • Assemble electromechanical products (rotors, stators, motors) using detailed manufacturing documentation and tooling.
  • Operate specialized equipment including machine strippers, potting mixers, and mold transfer presses.
  • Install lead wire pin connectors and apply varnish, glue, and activators to assemblies.
  • Perform final motor assembly and test drives for performance against strict specifications.
  • Load and monitor automated machinery throughout the production process.
  • Prepare and package final motor/drive assemblies for delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to Murphy, NC.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with soldering (or ability to become certified).
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand, sit, or kneel for long periods.
  • Ability to work in environments with strong electromagnetic fields.
  • Must be able to obtain access to U.S. export-controlled information.
