What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to support a high volume of mid-market deals with tailored demos and technical guidance.
• Run technical discovery to understand advisor workflows and map them to hirify.global’s capabilities.
• Field integration and workflow questions while supporting trials and proofs of concept.
• Deliver custom demos that lead with value and direct impact on firm operations.
• Build a library of repeatable answers and demo approaches to scale the segment.
• Collaborate with Product, Onboarding, and Marketing to relay customer feedback and ensure smooth deal hand-offs.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or a comparable customer-facing technical SaaS role.
• Strong foundations in value selling and consultative selling.
• Fluent proficiency with Claude for demo preparation and deal follow-ups.
• Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to handle technical objections.
• Eligible to work in the US (indicated by 401k and US health plan benefits).
