What you will do

• Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on industrial machinery like pumps, conveyors, and turbines.
• Lead major equipment maintenance and installation projects, managing resources and timelines.
• Champion safety protocols and provide advanced guidance to junior technicians.
• Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings to support system configuration.
• Manage material procurement and inventory for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Mentor apprentices and junior staff to support professional development and technical growth.

Requirements

• Post-secondary mechanical education or Red Seal trade ticket preferred.
• 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
• Proficiency with MS Office, database programs, and spreadsheets.
• Experience with CMMS and SAP systems.
• Strong communication skills for problem-solving, coaching, and work planning.
