What you will do

• Develop detailed 3D CAD models and drawings for water/wastewater systems, including piping layouts and BOP designs.
• Create 2D fabrication drawings, spool drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing.
• Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, engineering standards, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to coordinate designs and resolve technical issues.
• Support design reviews and incorporate feedback into high-quality engineering documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of CAD design experience (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS (Routing, Weldments) and/or AutoCAD Plant 3D.
• Experience with Balance of Plant (BOP) or skid design for water/wastewater plants.
• Strong knowledge of drafting standards and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Revit/BIM experience.
• Background in Food & Beverage, Municipal, or Industrial sectors.
• CSWP (Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional) certification.
