What you will do

• Operate lathes and CNC machines to meet customer requirements.
• Interpret and extract information from technical drawings.
• Prepare and implement tool and fixture changes.
• Follow production plans and comply with safety and quality management systems.
• Perform material handling using cranes, forklifts, and grinders.
• Complete related instruction and on-the-job training as part of the apprenticeship program.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a DOD Confidential Security clearance before employment.
• Basic knowledge of product manufacturing and inspection.
• Basic computer proficiency (word processing, email, data retrieval).
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, stooping, kneeling).

Nice to have

• Experience or education in Turning, Milling, Grinding equipment, or CNC Machining.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
