What you will do

• Set up, write, and edit programs for CNC lathes, mills, and drills.
• Maintain strict quality and tolerances within .0003”.
• Interpret work order routings, prints, sketches, and layout sheets to guide machining.
• Use micrometers, bore gages, and calipers to verify conformance to specifications.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and report operating difficulties.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent with technical school education in machining.
• Minimum 3 years of CNC machine tool Programming & Operating experience.
• Ability to operate at least 2 different CNC machine tools.
• Previous experience as a Manual machinist.
• Proficiency in reading machine drawings and performing complex mathematical calculations.
