What you will do

• Implement manufacturing controls for medical products while maintaining operational velocity.
• Coordinate design verification and validation testing initiatives with R&D and QA/RA teams.
• Guide engineering teams in the production of comprehensive risk management documentation.
• Collaborate with consumer operations to accelerate medical product upgrades.
• Assess ROI for potential medical product adaptations and new market entries.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in operations or manufacturing for medical devices.
• Proven track record of achieving FDA clearance (510(k), De Novo).
• Expertise in cross-functional program management.
• Experience managing and initiating global manufacturing initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
