What you will do

• Manage the Adverse Drug Event (ADE) reporting process, including internal documentation and FDA submissions.
• Analyze patient survey reports to identify trends and implement action plans for improved patient experience.
• Monitor daily quality metrics and resolve operational inefficiencies in collaboration with internal teams.
• Ensure pharmacy operations remain compliant with corporate policies and state/federal regulations.
• Provide recommendations for process enhancements and quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in pharmacy with a focus on quality improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to complex software systems and proficiency in Google Suite.
• Must be able to work on-site in Robinson TWP, PA.
