What you will do
- Provide helpdesk support to customers and international sales partners via web, email, and phone.
- Prepare and conduct customer-specific training courses and workshops.
- Create application examples, tutorials, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Development and sales teams to drive product evolution and quality.
- Independently manage service projects and define industry best practices.
- Analyze simulation application fields to investigate improvements in modeling and numerical implementation.
Requirements
- University degree in mechanical or materials engineering with a focus on production, forming, welding, or additive manufacturing.
- Up to 5 years of experience in CAE or relevant manufacturing technologies.
- Business fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong understanding of physical and material science fundamentals in metal manufacturing.
- Experience with non-linear finite element analysis is highly preferred.
- Availability to travel as required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Working knowledge of FTI or Simufact products.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Programming skills in Python, MATLAB, C++, or Fortran.
