TL;DR

What you will do

  • Architect an AI-native learning ecosystem featuring adaptive learning paths, coaching agents, and automated content workflows.
  • Lead the company-wide AI fluency and enablement strategy, from baseline literacy to advanced builder capabilities.
  • Manage the multi-year learning platform roadmap, including evaluations, migrations, and complex system integrations.
  • Partner with People Technology to translate business needs into technical architecture briefs and co-build intelligent agents.
  • Collaborate with People Analytics to define measurement infrastructure for learning engagement, AI adoption, and program ROI.
  • Oversee global compliance training, vendor management, and operational excellence within the Talent Management & Development team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US or Canada
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI enablement or AI fluency programs at technology companies.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents, intelligent workflows, and working with LLM APIs.
  • Deep knowledge of learning technology ecosystems, including LMS administration and platform integrations.
  • Strong program management skills with experience building multi-year technology roadmaps.
  • Ability to translate talent needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams.
