Salary: $103,649 - $140,231 per year

What you will do
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable ELA instructional strategies that combine research-based practices with emerging AI capabilities.
- Design and implement an AI-enabled instructional model to support educators in delivering standards-aligned literacy instruction.
- Lead pilots and prototypes by defining learning goals, analyzing outcomes, and refining approaches based on data insights.
- Partner with teachers, instructional coaches, and school system leaders to translate instructional vision into classroom practices.
- Build educator capacity through professional learning experiences that strengthen curriculum implementation and instructional consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, research, and product teams to create sustainable educational solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ELA instruction, coaching, and adult learning (including 5 years teaching and 3 years in instructional leadership).
- Deep pedagogical expertise in ELA, including knowledge of Science of Reading principles.
- Proven experience supporting educators in implementing and adapting high-quality instructional materials.
- Technical fluency with AI tools and the ability to interpret AI-generated insights for instructional design.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel moderately for retreats and professional development.
