What you will do

• Process and code invoices from carriers and vendors in ZIP, ensuring accurate cost allocation.
• Track invoice approval statuses and coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain and organize transport documentation including PODs, customs paperwork, and shipping instructions.
• Monitor active shipments in TMS or Jira and update statuses based on carrier feedback.
• Flag delays or discrepancies to the transport team and resolve issues with external partners.
• Support vendor onboarding and maintain contact lists and rate card documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a logistics, transport, or supply chain back-office role.
• Hands-on experience with invoice processing and accounts payable workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
• Familiarity with TMS, Jira, or similar shipment tracking and documentation tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open items independently.
