What you will do

• Develop and execute global logistics strategy to support business growth and cost optimization.
• Manage domestic and international transportation, including carrier selection, freight forwarding, and 3PL partnerships.
• Oversee import/export compliance, specifically regarding FDA-regulated imports and cold chain logistics.
• Drive technology initiatives including ERP, TMS, WMS, and EDI implementations.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities, providing capacity planning and risk assessments.
• Manage logistics budgets, freight forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience with international transportation, customs compliance, and FDA-regulated products.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), TMS, WMS, and EDI platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI management and logistics network optimization.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• APICS CLTD, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience in GMP/GDP environments within pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries.
