Executive Director, Product Management and Innovation, CA Software Experience Products (Automotive Software)

Location: Novi, Michigan, USA; this role is office-based and requires the individual to be based in the Novi area.

Salary: $210,000–$308,000 per year, with other compensation potentially available depending on the position.

What you will do

• Lead a global organization of senior product managers and regional product leaders.
• Define multi-year strategy and roadmaps for software-based in-cabin experiences, including audio, personalization, AI, and immersive media.
• Drive adoption of software-defined vehicle architectures and scalable edge-to-cloud platforms.
• Own portfolio revenue, profitability, pricing, packaging, monetization, and global go-to-market strategy.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from strategy through launch and optimization.
• Align engineering, design, program management, sales, UX, finance, OEM customers, and technology partners.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management leadership experience with complex global portfolios.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise software platforms.
• Deep expertise in software, cloud, embedded systems, AI/ML, vehicle networking, and connected products.
• Strong commercial, monetization, and go-to-market experience.
• Experience in automotive, mobility, or related technology industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with relevant domain expertise.
