What you will do

• Monitor fleet missions using dashboards and alerts to assess vehicle health and incident impact.
• Open and categorize incident tickets with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate real-time incident response and communicate across resolver teams.
• Support cross-functional analytical tasks within Triage Operations.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Allen Park, MI, or Palo Alto, CA.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with two years of employment experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Flexibility in working hours, including night shifts and rotating Saturdays.
• Ability to learn new tools and analytical skills quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADAS automation testing products.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, and Jira.
• Experience in software/IT, operational, or STEM environments.
• Experience with dashboarding software like Looker or Superset.
