• Manage the end-to-end process of transferring telephone numbers between carriers.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance for all porting-related requests and number purchasing.
• Support Caller ID and A2P 10DLC SMS registration inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external carriers to resolve operational issues.
• Utilize CRM and ticketing systems to track and manage requests efficiently.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new software tools like Zendesk or Jira.
