What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for core endpoint management capabilities.
• Drive strategy for automation, scripting, device configuration, and platform workflows.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Gather market and customer insights to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Create detailed product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product execution, analyze usage data, and iterate on features post-launch.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in IT roles such as administration, helpdesk, or MSP environments.
• 2+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or technical software.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management, device configuration, and IT workflows.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, or Linux administration.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and influence stakeholders.
