Location: Remote, must be based in the USA within specific states (CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA). Cannot hire within Chicago city limits.
Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do
- Help define and evolve the vision for hirify.global’s core endpoint management capabilities.
- Contribute to and own key parts of the core platform roadmap, evaluating opportunities and setting priorities.
- Drive product direction for core features such as automations, policies, agent behaviour, and configuration models.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to bring new capabilities from concept to delivery.
- Engage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to translate insights into product improvements.
- Write clear product requirements, define workflows, and ensure features are delivered to a high standard.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred, not required).
- 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles (helpdesk, MSP, or internal IT team).
- 2+ years of Strong Product Management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS or IT management products.
- Solid background in operating systems or system administration (Windows, macOS, Linux, endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting).
- Deep understanding of how IT teams manage endpoints in real-world environments.
- Proven ability to take product features from idea to delivery and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA.
