What you will do

• Lead and implement key strategic and operational projects in cross-functional settings
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic tasks initiated by the Management Board
• Develop new business fields in collaboration with operational teams within the core business
• Conduct independent and complex analysis and translate insights into action
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across backgrounds and hierarchies
• Identify and analyze relevant KPIs and derive concrete actions to develop the company

Requirements

• Strong academic track record at a top university
• Several years of practical experience in strategy & business development, ideally in a leading consultancy or fast-paced environment
• Very good analytical skills and strong understanding of numbers and business modelling
• Excellent communication and empathy; ability to drive results with stakeholders of different backgrounds
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and a growth mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (AI literacy is a plus)
