What you will do
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Proactively engage prospective customers via phone, email, and other channels.
- Execute account-based go-to-market strategies in partnership with Account Executives.
- Build trusted relationships by understanding prospect business challenges.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact.
Requirements
- Native German speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong interest in a sales career.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and navigate objections.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
