What you will do

• Ensure Tesco sites are safe and functioning for customers and colleagues.
• Follow planned work schedules to achieve first-time fix and improve productivity.
• Deliver high-quality maintenance work with year-on-year improvements across the estate.
• Use problem-solving and innovation to identify and develop solutions for common issues.
• Complete tasks locally through to resolution, updating stakeholders as needed.
• Use mobile devices and business systems (including WON reporting) to support asset lifecycle management and KPI delivery.

Requirements

• Full driving license.
• Health & Safety awareness.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Office 365 knowledge.
• Completed relevant technical training/upskilling modules for the skillset.
• Trade proficiency in one or more areas: bricklaying & masonry, roof construction and maintenance, cement/concrete preparation, groundworks & paving, tiling and flooring, plastering & dry walling.
