What you will do

• Execute planned and reactive maintenance of CCTV and security systems across hirify.global sites.
• Ensure first-time fix efficiency by following structured work schedules.
• Perform general day-to-day store and property maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs with external contractors to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance to protect customers and colleagues.
• Utilize mobile devices for work updates and task management.

Requirements

• Full Driving license.
• Proven technical skills in security systems (City & Guilds or apprenticeship).
• Essential experience with analogue and IP CCTV.
• Proficiency with Hikvision, Pelco, and Hanwha Techwin systems.
• Ability to install and configure equipment to industry standards.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Asbestos Awareness.

Nice to have

• CCTV qualification or certification.
• Experience working in a retail environment.
• IOSH or IPAF qualifications.
