What you will do

• Build, inspect, and test new products according to ATP documentation.
• Perform diagnostic testing and root cause analysis on non-conforming work to identify corrective actions.
• Conduct fault diagnosis on returned items and provide comprehensive strip reports.
• Carry out repair and testing of customer units as required.
• Act as a technical champion and support team members in achieving technical compliance with manufacturing standards.

Requirements

• Electronics background with 1-3 years of experience and an associated qualification.
• Ability to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with UK National Law.
• Preparedness to successfully undertake UK National Security Vetting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to define technical problems clearly both verbally and in writing.

Nice to have

• Experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in Automated Testing and Fault Finding.
• Awareness of Lean Manufacturing principles.
