• Manage vendor relationships and production timelines for out-of-home placements and local logistics.
• Support email campaign sends, oversee audience segmentation logic and list hygiene.
• Synthesize campaign and channel metrics to maintain dashboards with actionable takeaways.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with local influencers and creators across markets.
• Monitor social mentions and competitive activity to inform the content calendar and strategy.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or campaign management.
• Ability to move fluidly between creative operations and data analysis.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and audience segmentation.
• Must be based in New York for full-time on-site work.
