What you will do
- Plan and formulate workflows to meet specified deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Lead technical studies, write specifications, and establish technical plans for project phases.
- Execute system engineering tasks including architecture design, resolving constraints, and establishing interfaces.
- Manage DFMEAs, DVPRs, and BOM input while coordinating with other skill teams.
- Handle supplier negotiations, lead-time planning, and change management.
- Drive the release and sign-off process to ensure all deliverables meet the project timing plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in stationary energy storage system design.
- Deep knowledge of at least one area of stationary energy storage systems.
- Ability to lead system engineering processes (P-diagrams, boundary diagrams, DFMEAs, DVP&R).
- Full-time authorization to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship available).
- Strong communication and presentation skills for effective customer interfacing.
Nice to have
- CAD skills, preferably in Siemens NX.
- Good understanding of CAE tools and practices.
- Familiarity with quality management tools.
